Composing Center:encourage interest and quality in scholarly writing by all students that are undergraduate
The All-College Writing Contest is made to encourage interest and quality in scholarly writing by all undergraduate pupils enrolled at the faculty. The competition is sponsored by the composing Center and juried by faculty people from many different disciplines.
Pupils whose documents winnings honors when you look at the All-College Writing Contest make scholastic distinction respected at the appropriate Honors Convocation. Winning essays are posted in Lake Forest’s on the web book, Lake Forest Papers, and a cash is received by the winner reward.

All-College Writing Contest Rules
1. All Lake Forest College undergraduate students may engage.
2. Expository writing (no poetry or fiction) from any Lake Forest university program.
3. Just one entry per pupil may be submitted.
4. Entries should really be submitted electronically.
5. No senior thesis can be granted the All-College writing reward.
6. Documents are judged on quality of prose, utilization of proof, and quality of argument.
7. Lake Forest university faculty users judge all documents employing a review process that is blind.
8. Please follow these instructions:
